Refund, Credit & Settlement Policy

A. Permanent Service Termination

• No immediate refund upon termination request
• Month-end settlement is the final authority
• Settlement includes: delivered meals, skipped meals, additional meals, credits, and outstanding charges
• Refund (if any) processed between the 1st and 10th of the following month
• ₹200 delivery fee is NEVER refundable under any circumstance

B. Temporary Leave / Vacation / Hometown

• No cash refund for temporary absence
• Meal skips and unused meals are converted into credits — not cash refunds
• Unused meals are converted into "Carry Forward Credit"
• Carry Forward Credit is applied to future billing cycles per settlement rules

C. Service Failure

• No cash refund for missed or failed delivery
• Missed meal is credited to the next billing cycle — not refunded in cash
• No extra compensation beyond the meal credit

D. Duplicate Payment

• Duplicate payment is verified against billing records
• Immediate refund after verification to the original payment method

E. Emergency Cases

Settlement in emergency cases is determined under Management Discretion, applied consistently and documented in the customer account.

F. Outstanding Payment

• Grace period: 5 calendar days from invoice due date
• Service may be suspended after the grace period until payment is received

G. Death / Permanent Incapacity

• Month-end final settlement is conducted
• Refund (if any) is issued to the legal representative or family as verified by management

H. Meal-Type Specific Credits

All meal credits are meal-type specific. Cross-meal adjustments are not permitted.

• Lunch credits may only be applied to future Lunch subscriptions
• Dinner credits may only be applied to future Dinner subscriptions
• Cross-meal adjustments are not permitted

I. Credit Validity

• Meal credits remain valid for 5 operational days from the date they are generated
• Unused credits expire automatically after the validity period
