Employee & Contractor Notice
This notice applies to kitchen staff, delivery personnel, billing staff, and other authorised users of MTOS administrative and operational applications.
By accessing MTOS staff, delivery, or kitchen applications, you acknowledge the practices below.
1. Attendance Monitoring
Login and logout events are recorded. Active sessions are tracked for shift coordination and operational accountability.
2. Activity Logging
Actions performed in MTOS — billing, customer updates, delivery execution, kitchen production — are logged with user identity, timestamp, and action type.
3. GPS Tracking
GPS location is collected during active delivery sessions and attendance verification. Disable location services when off-duty and logged out.
GPS is not used for marketing. See GPS Policy in the Privacy Policy.
4. Operational Monitoring
System health, queue processing, and service performance are monitored continuously. Alerts may be triggered on degradation.
5. Audit Logging
Audit logs support compliance, quality assurance, and incident investigation. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.
